Alyssa Myers is a Senior Associate of Client Engagement & Team Coordination, specializing in project management, internal systems alignment, and facilitator support. At 3 Summits Leadership, she leads the coordination of client engagements—managing workflows, preparing leaders, and equipping facilitation teams with the data, tools, and materials needed to deliver high-impact sessions. Her work includes synthesizing survey data into interactive formats, developing workbooks and visual content, and supporting assessment debriefs that translate insight into action.
She brings a systems-oriented approach to client engagement—integrating project management, data synthesis, and internal alignment to enhance facilitator effectiveness, streamline communication, and deliver experience-driven learning environments.
Alyssa is also the Co-founder and Artistic & Executive Director of (All)Ways Dance Company, where she leads organizational strategy, fundraising, and creative direction. She has built and managed a growing arts organization, overseeing cross-functional teams, producing original works, and cultivating partnerships across the dance and nonprofit sectors.
Her background as a choreographer and performer informs her leadership approach, with a focus on group dynamics, nonverbal communication, and the conditions that enable teams to perform at their highest level. She holds a BFA in Dance from the USC Glorya Kaufman School of Dance.
